All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our pierogi, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This policy ensures the health and safety of all our customers.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Include photos of the product and packaging

We will assess your request and offer store credit or a replacement at our discretion
