At Janka Pierogi by Krusinski’s Market LLC, we take pride in delivering our handmade pierogi as fresh and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Availability

We currently offer:

Local Pickup at our Slavic Village storefront (select at checkout)
Shipping within the continental U.S. for select frozen items (based on availability and seasonality)

Note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we may limit shipping to certain states or ZIP codes during warmer months.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped

Shipping Method

All pierogi orders are shipped using insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain freshness
We use UPS Ground or 2-Day Shipping, depending on your location and temperature conditions
Tracking information will be sent via email once the order is dispatched

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Order size
Shipping address
Method of delivery (ground or expedited)

You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
Packages left unattended after delivery
Delays caused by carriers due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances
