Welcome to Janka Pierogi by Krusinski’s Market LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. Use of Our Website

By using this website, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

All of our pierogi are handmade in small batches and subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities per order
     

  • Change product offerings or pricing without notice
     

Discontinue or replace items at any time

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed through our secure checkout. We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • PayPal

  • Other payment providers as listed during checkout
     

Full payment is required before any order is processed. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees.

4. Shipping & Local Pickup

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Perishable goods left unattended after delivery
     

Local pickup is available during posted business hours and must be selected at checkout.

5. No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted
     

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours at jankapierogis@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue. Resolution (store credit or replacement) is at our discretion.

6. Marketing & Communications

By signing up or placing an order, you may receive email marketing or order updates from us. You can opt out at any time using the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including images, product names, logos, and text—is the property of Janka Pierogi by Krusinski’s Market LLC. It may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from:

  • Use or misuse of our products

  • Delays or errors in shipping

  • Technical issues on our website
     

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
